Encrypted recording options

The following options are available for encrypted recording of research participants:

1. WebEx
   • If not already enabled, contact Duke IT to request recording privileges for WebEx sessions.
   • Choose ‘Record on My Computer’ (NOT in WebEx cloud) to save audio files locally on encrypted laptop in secure network folder or computer hard drive temporarily until you have access to network.
2. Encrypted recording devices
   • Devices can be checked out for two weeks for exploration and testing (renewals or extended loans may be possible).
