NSF requires use SciENcv as of October for biosketches

As of October 23, 2023, the NSF will require researchers to use SciENcv to develop their biosketches. If SciENcv is new for you, we can ease the transition! Attend a hands-on working session on August 1st from 3-4 pm. to help you:

  • Clean and unify your scholarly profiles across ORCID, My NCBI, Scopus Author ID, Web of Science Research ID, and Elements
  • Connect your accounts so that NCBI/My Bibliography will send your publications from PubMed to ORCID and ORCID will send publications to Elements automatically
  • Update your publications in ORCID and NCBI’s My Bibliography so you are ready to create your biosketch in SciENcv

Before attending the session registrants will be asked to watch “Creating a BioSketch Using SciENcv” video, to ensure that the working session allows participants to work immediately with experienced librarians as they set up a biosketch using SciENcv. Come with your biosketches and with your questions!

The session is hosted by the Medical Center Library and coordinated by the Duke Office of Research Initiatives in partnership with the Duke University Libraries. Please contact researchinitiatives@duke.edu with questions.
