Vendormate
Duke Health will transition from Vendormate to Green Security as its vendor credentialing partner, effective July 1, 2026.
This system enhances our approach to vendor credentialing by providing more comprehensive background screening and verification. Green Security also makes it easier for team members who interact with vendors to quickly identify credentialed individuals and consistently enforce badge compliance requirements.
Vendormate is Duke Health System's web based credentialing vendor. Anyone, whether a sponsor representative of a research trial, trial monitoring personnel, or other necessary liaison who is entering clinical space for a Site Initiation Visit (SIV), or other reason, and not a Duke employee is required to register in Vendormate.
