If the agreement is for the transfer of any clinical data, please submit a request to the Research Data Front Door DTIF as described below. 

To better support the full scope of data transfer and retrospective study reviews, the School of Medicine has transitioned to an enhanced DTIF routing process with a new submission form. This centralized entry point allows for earlier and more comprehensive review of regulatory, security, and cost implications-well before contract/agreement activities begin. The Office of Research Contracts (ORC) will remain involved, but now as the final step-executing agreements only after all necessary evaluations have been completed.
