NIH award closeout process and documentation

Closeout: The following documentation becomes required to closeout an NIH award within a 90 calendar day window after the project period end date:

1. Final Federal Financial Report (Duke Office of Sponsored Programs responsible for submission)
2. Final Progress Report
3. Final Invention Statement and Certification
