Budget Management enhancement now live in SPS

The Budget Management Tool in SPS now offers even greater flexibility. This tool allows grant managers to create multiple budgets within a single proposal, such as revised budgets, NCE budgets, carryforward budgets, and more, while designating just one as the primary budget submitted to the sponsor. The tool eliminates the need to generate extra SPS records for budgeting purposes.

What’s New?
You can now assign different personnel (including TBDs) to each budget within the same proposal. This update provides maximum flexibility for SPS budget planning and eliminates the need to juggle multiple records.
